Clear wording saves time and helps us prepare your item correctly. Please send names, dates, message text and any spelling you want checked. If you want initials only, full names, or a short verse, let us know before we begin. We can also help tidy up a message if you are unsure how it should read.

Proof approval before we make your item
For many personalised items, we will prepare a proof for approval before production starts. This lets you check the layout, spelling and line breaks. Please review it carefully, because once engraving or printing begins, changes can be difficult to make.
If you need a correction, reply with the exact change and we will update the proof. If everything looks right, confirm approval and we move ahead. This extra step is especially useful for family orders, plaques, urn inscriptions and jewellery where space is limited.

Delivery timing depends on the item, the level of personalisation and where it needs to go. If you are working to a service date, memorial date or family gathering, tell us early so we can advise what is realistic.
During load-shedding or busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We will always be straight with you about timing rather than overpromising. If you need the order sent to another province, we package it carefully for transit and share the collection or delivery steps that apply.
