Build Your Career With Beloved
Our work is personal, and that changes the pace and the mindset. Every order matters, whether it is a name engraved on jewellery, a photo book for a family milestone, or an urn inscription prepared with care. In our Lynnwood, Pretoria studio, you will work with a team that values good communication, neat workmanship and steady follow-through.
We are a small, practical team, so people here often learn more than one part of the process. That can include customer care, production support, packing, proofing and courier preparation. It is work that asks for focus, but it also gives you the satisfaction of knowing your effort has a real place in someone’s life.
Roles we hire for across the studio
We often look for people who can help with carefully handled orders and personal service. Depending on need, we may recruit for:
- Engraving and production support
- Keepsake and photo book design
- Customer care and order coordination
- Quality checking and proof approval admin
- Gift boxing and courier packing
- Logistics support for nationwide deliveries
Some roles need hands-on experience, while others are suited to people who are organised, patient and willing to learn. If you have worked in craft, print finishing, retail service or detailed admin, that can be a good fit.
What a good candidate looks like
We value people who take care with names, dates and wording, because small mistakes matter when the item is sentimental. You should be comfortable working neatly, keeping to deadlines and checking your own work before it leaves the studio. In a business like ours, being calm under pressure counts just as much as speed.
- Good attention to detail
- Respectful communication with families and colleagues
- Comfort with repetitive, precise tasks
- Willingness to work from a checklist
- Reliable attendance and a practical attitude
Experience with load-shedding planning, courier cut-offs and careful packaging is helpful too. We work with glass, metal, paper and other delicate pieces, so a steady hand and sensible approach go a long way.
How the team works day to day
Our studio is based in Lynnwood, with pickup options in areas such as Menlyn, Brooklyn, Centurion, Silverton, Garsfontein, Montana and Midrand. Some team members focus on production, while others handle customer updates, proof checks and delivery coordination. That mix means the work changes from day to day, but the standards stay the same.
You will be part of a team that understands memorial gifts can arrive during a difficult time. That means clear communication, careful handling and proper packaging are part of the job, not extras. We also keep an eye on local conditions, from summer humidity to power interruptions, because those can affect finishing times and packing choices.
Send your CV through the contact page
If you would like to be considered for future roles, please send your CV through the enquiry form on our contact page. Include a short note about the kind of work you are looking for and any relevant experience. If you have samples of design, engraving, admin or production work, mention that too.
We review applications as openings come up and contact suitable candidates directly. Please do not send your CV by any other route. The enquiry form helps us keep applications in one place and respond properly.
A workplace built around care and accuracy
Our business is built on trust, and that starts with the people in it. The work asks for patience, tidy processes and a calm manner when families need something important handled well. If that sounds like you, a role with us could suit you very well.
Whether you are strongest in design, production, packing or client care, we look for people who understand that every item has a story behind it. At Beloved, that story deserves proper attention from the first message to the final package.
- Based in Pretoria and serving customers nationwide
