Personalised keepsakes for moments that matter
At Beloved, we make meaningful gifts for the times people want to remember properly. Our range includes engraved jewellery, elegant urns, custom photo books, plaques and other keepsake pieces made to hold names, dates, messages and photos with care. Each item is prepared with attention to detail, whether it is a single pendant or a full family order. We work from our Lynnwood keepsake studio in Pretoria, and customers can also collect from selected pickup points in Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and nearby areas.
We help clients choose something suitable for memorials, anniversaries, birthdays, baptisms, graduations and family milestones. Some people come to us needing a quiet, simple item. Others want a gift with a longer message or a full set of names and dates. Either way, the aim is the same, to create something personal that will be kept and treasured for years.
What we supply and personalise
Our work covers a practical mix of keepsake and memorial items, all prepared for South African customers who want something personal and well finished. We offer engraving, personalisation and presentation services that suit individual orders and larger family requests. Common requests include names, dates, short messages, photo layouts and cover details for books and presentation pieces.
- Name engraving for jewellery, plaques and keepsake pieces
- Date engraving for memorial and commemorative items
- Message engraving for short personal wording
- Photo book design with cover personalisation
- Urn inscription and plaque personalisation
- Gift boxing and courier packaging for safe delivery
- Bulk family orders for shared memorial needs
- Proof approval before final production
Because many of these items are ordered for emotional moments, we keep the process clear and manageable. If a client has exact wording or a family spelling to confirm, we check it carefully before anything is finalised.
How we work from enquiry to delivery
Most orders begin on our enquiry form, with the wording and the keepsake the family has in mind. Once we have the order details, we prepare a proof where needed and wait for approval before production continues. That extra step helps avoid mistakes with names, dates and spellings, which is important when the gift cannot be repeated. Our team includes Janine Barnard, Christo Jansen, Amogelang Ndaba, Megan Botha, Marlise Fourie and Imran Cassim, each handling their part of the process.
After approval, we complete engraving, design or packaging and arrange collection or courier delivery. We understand that South African customers sometimes deal with load-shedding, busy school runs and tight timelines, so we keep communication direct and practical. If a parcel is going further afield, we package it carefully for transport across the country.
